The food & service from everyone at Saffron was brilliant… from the booking to the prompt delivery & setup and returns. The food looked and tasted great – very well received by our guests – so would definitely come back to Saffron for any future requirements

We had lots of compliments on both how delicious the food was – especially the cakes- and how professional and helpful the two ladies were. They did extremely well in 30 degree heat!!

Saffron provided catering for our daughters wedding in August at Mapperley Farm and I would highly recommend this company. The hog roast and vegetarian options were excellent. The desserts were also plentiful and delicious. Everything was prepared on time and all staff were very friendly and polite. Very good value for money and lots of compliments from our guests. Perfect food for a perfect day! We got some many compliments on our wedding food choices and nothing was too much trouble for the catering team. They even provided us with a box of pizza to take home after noticing we didn’t really have time to enjoy it on the evening. The ice cream van is a must and went down a storm with adults and children. It also provided for some perfect photos. Thank you for such wonderful food!
Last weekend we got married and had Saffron Catering. Honesty I cannot recommend them enough. The food and service was outstanding and faultless. We started with Dutch themed canepes which were great and went down very well. We then had a bbq where it was cooked perfectly and with so much to choose from, followed by a ice cream van which was no only tasty but so fun! They looked after us so well and were so friendly to our guests all day. When we need caterers again… We know where to come!!

Saffron did an amazing job at our wedding at Norton Fields Barn. Professional from the very beginning they tailored an amazing menu for us and were great at making the wedding very Gluten Free (as the groom was a Coeliac) Everyone I spoke to said how great the BBQ was and there was a great selection of food for all our guests. The canapés were so tasty and the evening buffet was not only laid out like a work of art, but also tasted amazing. Cake was cut and even wrapped up and put into the boxes we provided. Saffron are the best caterers in the region by far and you definitely should book these guys for your wedding or event because they will go the extra mile and your guests will love it!
It really was the most perfect day and Angela and the caterers did an absolutely fantastic job on the day, we couldn’t have asked for more from their services!
I cannot recommend Carla and her team highly enough. These guys are at the top of their game, offering a 5*service. Carla and her team catered for our 300 guests at a charity event. The food was incredible, the service perfect and more importantly Carla’s staff were super attentive and polite. We cannot wait to work with the Saffron Team again!

Me and my husband recently got married at the Glade and it was amazing. We opted for a bbq for our wedding breakfast and a cold buffet in the evening. and we had many guests comment on how fantastic the food was especially the small cakes. I was also very pleased with the children’s menu which saffron offered us. Kim helped me with planning the wedding and on the day she was always in the background making sure everything went perfectly. She did an amazing job at putting me at ease and making sure I didn’t have it worry about anything. The other staff were also lovely and polite especially the one barman who amused some of my guests with magic tricks! I would highly recommend both the Glade and Saffron Catering to everyone and want to say thanks again for helping make our day one that we will never forget xxx
Saffron catered at our wedding at The Glade on Saturday and without a doubt a big five stars from us. After a change of heart about the venue we had originally chosen only 8 weeks before the wedding Carla made me feel at ease and sorted everything. She put me into the hands of Kim who was just truely amazing. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Last minute ideas, emails and texts and still Kim sorted everything. Everyone of our guests commented on how great the food was, it was just a shame my husband was still full from the wedding breakfast to try to hog roast as it was so tasty. Katie was so helpful – nothing was too much trouble for her and the girls! The food was top notch! The catering went so smoothly and discretely – we hardly noticed all the work and effort they were putting in.
So much so that they had quietly slipped away without me noticing them, so I didn’t get chance to thank them personally.
